If we don’t currently support the language you want to learn, please send us an email at the address below. Please include the missing language in the title or body of the message. We’ll add this language as soon as we receive a sufficient number of requests for it.
We want you to have the best experience possible, so we are flexible and open to suggestions.
All kotiwo products have app functionality. To install a game as an app, you typically need to 1) press the “Share” button in your browser, and then 2) press “Add to Home Screen”.
The steps may vary depending on your browser or operating system. If this is the case, you can search online for instructions on “how to install a website as an app” for your specific browser or operating system. The good news is that the process is usually straightforward, regardless of the specific steps required.
We strive to support a wide variety of browsers and devices. However, we cannot guarantee that your browser or device supports all features required by kotiwo.
kotiwo will automatically turn off non-essential features that are not supported on your device. kotiwo might not work on your device or in your browser should critical features be missing.
Please make sure that your device and browser are up to date, your internet connection and network are configured properly, and access to kotiwo is not restricted or interrupted by your employer, university, school, or other network owner.
Note for Apple users: Safari is known to have a number of issues that Apple has not yet resolved. If you encounter problems with games or apps on your Apple device, please check if the issue persists in a different browser.
You can try kotiwo without a subscription. Users without a subscription have limited access to kotiwo apps, as well as limited access to word packs.
We do encourage you to try kotiwo before you purchase, to make sure you enjoy it and it works on your device.
You can cancel your subscription on the Settings page.
